Service Description

With only 282 sq. ft. to make use of (and a value cost of $337 / sq. ft.), the KODA Concrete is especially small, even within the broader context of the modular home market, but nobody who sees it in action is likely to feel claustrophobic. Large panes of glass dominate the property, flooding the interior of the residence with natural light while simultaneously creating the illusion of more room. Featuring an open-plan living room, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a kitchenette, a terrace, and a full-sized sleeping area—all worked in to a comprehensive, intuitive floorplan scheme—the dwelling comes with everything necessary to experience the maximum amount of comfort, despite the relatively low square footage. Additional features like adjustable LED lights and controlled CO2 levels abound, and the four-ply glass wall which makes up the facade of the house comes equipped with a concrete sunscreen in order to keep the interior as cool and relaxing as possible. As a final touch, all of the CLT panels inside the home have been finished with all-natural oils and waxes, which is a testament to the extent the company is willing to go to in order to work within the framework of a sustainable manufacturing ethos.
